Think you don’t like Brussel sprouts? Think again!
These delicious veggies will turn even the pickiest eater into a Brussel sprout fan!
To make the SUPER easy caramelized Brussel sprout recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
12 whole fresh brussel sprouts, washed and trimmed
olive oil
salt
pepper
(That’s it!)
Start by trimming any yellow or brown off your brussel sprout.
Slice each sprout in half,
then in quarters.
Put all the quartered brussel sprouts in a large Ziploc or container.
Pour oil to coat (I used approximately 1/2 cup)
Add about a teaspoon salt
and pepper to taste.
Close the bag and mix ingredients so sprouts absorb the oil.
Place in the refrigerator until ready to cook.
Bake in a pre heated 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes turning the sprouts every 10 minutes until caramelized.
I promise you, these are sooooo delicious!!
