Chimichurri = YummyYummy!
A garlic and parsley sauce that always accompanies grilled steak in Argentine, chimichurri is also perfect as a marinade for beef or chicken.
To make this Delicious chimichurri sauce, you will need the following ingredients:
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
8 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
In a blender or food processor, add the parsley,
Whole garlic cloves,
3/4 cup oil,
1/4 cup red wine vinegar,
lemon juice,
1 tsp salt,
and pepper.
Blend until smooth.
Consistency should be semi thick.
Serve with your favorite cut of meat. Use as a delicious marinade too!
