
To make this macaroni salad recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 1/2 tbls yellow mustard
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 red onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
8-10 baby carrots, diced
Paprika
In a large bowl, add 2 cups mayonnaise,
1/4 cup vinegar,
2/3 cup sugar
2 1/2 tbls mustard
1 1/2 tsp salt,
1/2 tsp pepper,
red onion,
bell pepper,
and carrot and mix well.
Fold in cooked macaroni, sprinkle paprika to taste and fold again.
Chill several hours, to over night.
